Each year Mercer conducts a Global Talent Trends Study. This study contains large amounts of data that can be very valuable to their clients, but that data can be overwhelming and difficult to digest. We were tasked with categorizing the data and making the information more user-friendly.
We created a color-coded icon system to classify the content into readily identifiable sub-categories. This allowed the viewer to skim the content for the elements that were meaningful to his or her role. Next, we created customized information graphics and charting systems to display the information in an engaging and visually information way. And finally, we created the printed book design, website, and presentation template in which the information was presented to clients.
